so around januaryish, this guy started walking with me to math. but i take the SERIOUSLY removed route. no one goes down there. so he kinda went out of his way to walk with me. but he wanted to talk with me. i had to think of things to say at lightning speed. I CANT DO THAT WITH PEOPLE OTHER THAN KATIE. so it was kinda awkward from the start. then he started walking with me to homeroom. and that route is WAAAAAAAY secluded. I'm not even sure its legal at school. in the time that we walked too and fro from classes, i learned a little bit about him. not much really. i still don't know what his favorite food is, t.v. show, song, and all that jazz. and even if i DID ask him, i probably wouldn't have anything to contribute to a conversation because i probably hate those things, or have never heard of them. then he asked me out. and, of course, i said yes. i didn't know what i was doing ! i was too flattered that some one actually asked me out. i barely know anything about the guy and i say yes. STUPID STUPID STUPID. then valentines day rolls around and I'm all 'shitshitshitshitshitindiewadowedo' so i made him some chocolates and a carved gram cracker thing with mallow stuff. like any 日本人女 would． ya know what he did ? a giant bag with candy and a bear. yes, i might be acting selfish but he didn't have to go that far. its nice to be paid attention to but attracting attention and DEALING with it is not my forte. i still don't even know if i LIKE him, IN THAT WAY. i might even like katie. I DUNNO. and i think the only REASON he came to walk with me on that day is because he knew i liked anime. believe me, I've been down that road. it is very disappointing. and maybe, he just asked me out to have a girlfriend. but another part of me thinks he DOES like me, but i cant accept that. and another that thinks that i am not an adequate girlfriend for him because he is nice, and... i guess 'romantic' ? i don't know anymore. i don't really think I'm ready to be someones girlfriend yet. at all. EVER. and all the shit with high school and coming to tears when people say how fun it is, when i know it wont be because i will be alone for about 8 hours a day. i could get into THIS problem, but you'll have to wait to read it in the upcoming manga by the lovely admins, 'What They Promised'. Going out with each other is about getting to know each other more than you did as friends.

Just go out with him if he can actually ask you out of course he likes you and you should get to know him better since he likes you just ask him somethings and if its something you havent heard of before just tell him he might tell you about them :)

k so like, he started to walk with you, and started to talk to you out of the blue, on a secluded path, well that can be translated in 2 ways.
1- hes a wierdo freak stalker who just wants some booty so break up with him and move to canada.
2- he could possibly like you, or it might just be a dare from one of his friends.

when a dude randomly starts to walk with a girl, he probably likes her, but it could also be a joke and nothing serious.

relations are hard to keep up with, and i wouldnt be able to completely tell you if its serious or not unless i was actually there.
and your valentines gifts are nice, but idk if you know what your doing. it dosent sound like you are -no offence- me personally, i wouldnt date someone unless i knew them well.

It depends on the person, really, if your gonna date them. Even if you know them for 5 months+... If they don't meet your standards (or something), I wouldn't go out with the guy. Same vice-versa; if a really cute, smart, everything guy asked you out & you know him less that 5 months, I WOULD GO OUT WITH THE GUY.
